Discipline is sometimes the most difficult concept to convey among the inexperienced or stubborn. It is however, the most powerful tool at their disposal to utilize. It can give the young wisdom, the unskilled expertise, and the unknowing knowledge beyond their own capability. In systems and procedures, if implemented correctly, there is a wealth of skill, knowledge and capacity.
