Quality is one of those nebulous terms which gets racked in perplexity.  At TRA we are actively developing systems, procedures, and ISO 9000 guidelines to aid us in our quality efforts. 

We believe, however, simplicity is the most important ingredient of quality.  Simply, to do what we say, to complete our projects on time, to keep the customer in the loop when problems arise, and to insure our people, our vendors, and our customers are all on the same team heading for the same goals.  Without this, no quality system can insure happy people. 

After all, what more is there to quality than happy people?
